Tucker Sargent is in his 9th season as the head coach of the University of Montana men's lacrosse team. In his time at the helm of Montana he has taken the team back to conference prominence, including last years 2017 PNCLL Conference Championship and a return to the national tournament.  Tucker has coached multiple all-conference players and has had 4 appearances in the conference tournament.  His ultimate goal is to build the team back up to a national title contender and recruit strong committed student athletes that can appreciate everything else Montana has to offer outdoors.  Tucker took over the team after graduating and playing for the University of Montana.  At Montana Tucker was part of the 2007 National Championship team, an All-America face off specialist and three time All-Conference player.  Tucker grew up in New England where he enjoyed the outdoors, hockey and lacrosse.  He spends his free time playing in the outdoors of Montana, kayaking, skiing and taking his players on wild adventures.  Tucker also started manufacturing and selling lacrosse and hockey sticks and shafts and launched his own lacrosse shaft company, Sargent Sticks that he operates in Missoula.
